JUST IN:President Trump And Mattis Uncovered Trillions Of Dollars Missing From Budget – Media Refuses To Report

This is one more historic milestone that is going unnoticed by the media. This is the first time in Pentagon’s seventy-four years that the monolithic military headquarters will be undergoing an audit that, if history is any indication, will find trillions of dollars missing.

According to Zero Hedge, then-Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld in 2001, stated that because of “some estimates we are not able track $2.3 trillion in transactions,” undertaken by the Pentagon. Fifteen years later, things don’t seem better. Now, Inspector General Report said that the Pentagon had problems accounting for both money and men as well.

According to another article by Zero Hedge:

“Our country’s world-wide military presence is such that the Pentagon itself is not able to track how many US service members are deployed where. A new report in Stars and Stripes military newspaper is non-ironically headlined, ‘Report: 44,000 ‘unknown’ military personnel stationed around the world’.”

President Trump, an exceptionally skilled business leader and organizer, has authorized 2,400 auditors from independent public accounting firms to audit the Army, Navy, Air Force, a practice that is now going to occur annually and be headed up by Pentagon comptroller David Norquist.

Ex-Official at the Department of Homeland Security, Norquist, assisted in handling that agencies audit in 2016 and sees such financial oversight as “a matter of driving change inside a bureaucracy that might resist it.”

That’s what the Pentagon has done – resist. Ever since the revelations of huge over-spending were revealed in the 1980s, the Department of Defense has used political influence and convenient opportunities to put off audits.

Zero Hodge reports that the 2001 Rumsfeld revelation was quickly forgotten – the next day, the horrors of September 11th befell the country.

“Two years back, the Pentagon denied attempting to shelve a study detailing $125 billion in waste made by a bloated employee counts for noncombat related work – human resources, finance, health care management and property management.”

The next year,  DoD analyst Franklin C. Spinney testified that the DOD had created an accounting mess with un-auditable books and budget projections, and it did not real world expectations.

In case it is revealed that the Pentagon has negligently or purposefully ‘lost’ track of that money as our fighter jets are falling out of the skies and all the brave people on the front lines of combat go without pay, the whole structure has a need to be reformed from the ground up and heads need to roll.
