Former Secretary Of State John Kerry: ‘Donald Trump Is Creating A Worldwide Mess, I Might Be The One Who…’
US President Donald Trump has made a ruinous situation of “chaos politics” with his constant utilization of Twitter for political announcements and controversial comments about every topic, previous secretary of state John Kerry stated recently.
In a meeting with Swiss network RTS in Geneva, Kerry heavily criticized Trump’s successive and regularly questionable tweets.
More and more Americans are finding the tweet phenomenon tiring, destructive and interruptive of the genuine kind of dialogue,” he stated.
“I think it creates a chaos politics, and that’s not good,” he continued.
Trump has utilized Twitter as an instrument to announce big changes in both local and outside strategy, to scrutinize partners, insult US foes and criticize North Korea.
“It is without precedent, this kind of chaotic presidency. I can’t think of any time it has been seen in modern times,” the previous secretary of state stated.
Kerry, who was the US secretary of state under previous President Barack Obama, was especially shocked of Trump’s Twitter posts openly lecturing current Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.
Prior this month, the president, for example, took to Twitter to blame the previous ExxonMobil CEO for “wasting his time” with unsuccessful talks with North KoreaThose tweets are, “very, very unproductive, very counter-productive,” Kerry stated.
“I think it is very difficult to be a secretary of state when the president is undermining you very publically, as he has been,” he included. Kerry was also asked if he is considering to run for president in 2020 and he stated: “It seems unlikely, but who knows? I might be the one who can solve all this mess.”
